Refunds & exchanges

Pomshell the label is a small slow fashion brand where all items are made by me for you, so please make a considered purchase, make sure you have read and correctly filled in all measurements and fabric choices before placing your order.

Pomshell the Label does no accept refunds, exchanges or store credit on custom items or items you have customised (this includes any items where you have picked a custom bandana colour, changed the length, supplied your own measurements, ect).

Exchanges and store credit is available for all other items, please email pomshell@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you have any issues.

Exchanges will be started once I have received the item back within the usual turn around time.

Store credit will be issued when I have received the item.

Pomshell the Label is not responsible for incorrect aftercare or damage to the item once you have received it.

Alterations are available for a fee on all items, please email Pomshell@outlook.com if you require this service.

Items that have been worn and/or washed can not be returned/exchanged. 

Cost of items sent back for refunds, exchange or store credit must be coverd by yourself.

For hygiene reasons earrings can not be returned.
