Refunds & exchanges
Unfortunately I don’t accept refunds. Please make sure you have read and correctly filled in all measurements and fabric choices before placing your order.
In some circumstances exchanges or store credit may be given, please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you have any issues. Exchanges will be started once I have received the item back within the usual turn around time. Store credit will be issued when I have received the item.
Cost of items sent back for exchange/store credit must be coverd by yourself.
For hygiene reasons earrings can not be returned.
